Claudia Philipsz-Jones

Claudia has been with Expertise Limited for over 20 years and is currently Managing Director & Group Head of Business Development.
She has led client engagements in the international and local business sectors in a variety of areas including HR strategy, executive compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and a graduate degree from the University of Warwick.
She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and holds the Certificate in Company Direction accreditation from the Institute of Directors.
