Jonathan Brewin is a founding member of the Bermuda Hospitals Charitable Trust (now Foundation) and has served as past Chairman of the Board of both BHCF and BHB.
With more than twenty years of progressive experience in hospital administration, Mr. Brewin has a deep knowledge of healthcare management in a wide array of fields such as finance, nursing, marketing, paramedic services and support services.
He gained valuable experience in a range of management positions at various large NHS teaching hospitals and a smaller private hospital in London, England before coming to Bermuda. In these roles, Mr. Brewin was responsible for many successes including the creation of the first purpose designed vascular laboratory in a private hospital in the UK; implementation of the first specialist skin laser service in the UK; and he lead the Lister Hospital in their accomplishment of the highest level of accreditation by the Kings Fund Institute.
Jonathan is currently the General Manager of SOL Petroleum Bermuda Limited. He is also a past Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and he is a member of the board at Age Concern and of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce.
